• Not be listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

5. Service Description and Pricing

5.1. LazyLines is an AI powered tool that helps content creators make short form videos.

5.2. We offer a 7-day free trial, after which you can choose to subscribe to our paid service.

5.3. Prices, descriptions, and availability of our products are subject to change without notice.

5.4. All fees are displayed either exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes and costs, depending on the section of LazyLines you are browsing.

6. Free Trial and Subscription

6.1. The 7-day free trial allows you to test LazyLines at no cost. Some features may be limited during the trial period.

6.2. Unless you cancel before the trial period expires, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

6.3. Paid subscriptions begin on the day we receive your payment.

6.4. Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same duration unless you cancel before the current period expires.

7. Payment

7.1. We accept various payment methods, which will be displayed during the purchasing process.

7.2. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you've selected.

7.3. If your payment fails or is refused, we are not obligated to fulfill your order and may claim any related expenses or damages.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

8.2. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

8.3. We offer full refunds if requested within the first 30 days of your paid subscription. No refunds will be provided for any subscription periods beyond the first paid month. Once you have made your second monthly payment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
